Monitor Quest’s Integrity Unit is ideally placed to assist its clients to comply with the UK’s Bribery Act 2010, as well as other regulatory and legal requirements.
The Integrity Unit assists its clients through the implementation of compliance guidelines to assure regulatory compliance, and more importantly, to allow our clients to protect themselves from reputational damage caused by a perceived lack of integrity. The Integrity Unit’s remit is to provide:

- Communication of your integrity procedures to your staff
- Investigations of any reported instances of corruption

- Intelligence on integrity and corruption trends
The Integrity Unit has worked with our clients to implement the following Bribery Act 2010-related projects:
- Creation of Integrity Guidelines with rolling reviews to ensure ongoing legislative compliance
- Running of educational sessions to ensure that staff members are fully aware of their responsibilities in relation to their company’s Integrity Guidelines
- Additional research projects to ensure that partner companies are also compliant with Bribery Act Guidelines
