The Integrity Unit assists its clients through the implementation of compliance guidelines to assure regulatory compliance, and more importantly, to allow our clients to protect themselves from reputational damage caused by a perceived lack of integrity. The Integrity Unit’s remit is to provide:

The Integrity Unit has worked with our clients to implement the following Bribery Act 2010-related projects:

• Creation of Integrity Guidelines with rolling reviews to ensure ongoing legislative compliance
• Running of educational sessions to ensure that staff members are fully aware of their responsibilities in relation to their company’s Integrity Guidelines
