Jonathan Joffe – Chief Executive
Jonathan joined Monitor Quest as CEO in 2009. Prior to this, he was a managing partner at Monitor Group, a strategy consulting company. He graduated in Economics and Law from the University of Witwatersrand, and obtained a Doctorate of Juridical Science from Harvard Law School.

Kathleen M O’Toole – President, Monitor Quest Inc
Kathleen is a former Boston Police Commissioner and Massachusetts Secretary of Public Safety, overseeing twenty agencies, more than 10,000 employees and an annual budget exceeding $1 billion. She served as Chief Inspector of the Garda Síochána Inspectorate in the Republic of Ireland, has extensive experience in regional security issues, management and solutions oversight, and now leads Monitor Quest's US operations.

Dick Andrews OBE – Executive Director
Dick Andrews retired from the Army as a Brigadier after a career that focused on security and intelligence. In his final appointment, he served as liaison between the Ministry of Defence and the Northern Ireland Inquiry. He brings to Monitor Quest an extensive knowledge of security issues.

Martin Smith – Head of Investigations
Martin joined Monitor Quest after a thirty-year career with the Metropolitan Police rising to the rank of Detective Superintendent. Martin has managed numerous sensitive inquiries to successful conclusion on behalf of major corporate, HNWI, and public sector clients.

Paul Greenwood – Head of Corporate & Sporting Integrity
Paul joined Monitor Quest after 28 years in the Metropolitan Police. Paul has led teams in various specialist fields of investigation and intelligence with great success, whilst rising to the rank of Detective Superintendent at the Counter Terrorism Command and the Anti Corruption Command. He has undertaken investigations and led training teams throughout the world and has extensive experience in liaison with overseas organisations, governments and security agencies.

Michael Dunne – Head of Security & Technology Solutions
Michael advises organizations and individuals on all aspects of physical, technical and information security from initial risk analysis through security planning, implementation, and integration. He also specializes in the adapting of technology to provide technical solutions to unique problem areas of security. Michael joined Monitor Quest in 2008 after a 30 year career in the Ministry of Defence, where he specialised in developing and applying technology to counter operational offensive and defensive threats.
