Strategic Security Audit

Quest conducts Strategic Security Audits for Boards, giving them an understanding of how security risks are assessed and managed by their company, and identifying any gaps that may exist. The audit gives the Board confidence that they are fulfilling their corporate governance obligations and ensures that effective policies and procedures are implemented in an area where they do not have specific expertise. Quest provides an independent view of the security threats and their associated risks which cannot be provided by the client’s usual auditors. Quest assists in the design and implementation of security policies and procedures that help our clients minimise the risk of corporate litigation against the company or individual directors.
