Lord Stevens is a former Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police and widely acknowledged as the most respected police officer of modern times. Having an established reputation for integrity, thoroughness and independence he conducted major inquiries into security breaches in Northern Ireland and the death of Diana Princess of Wales. Since joining Quest, he has led major investigations in equine doping, corruption in Premier League transfers and F1 racing.

Martin joined Quest after a 30-year career with the Metropolitan Police Service. Responsible for developing Quest’s investigation and intelligence capabilities he has been integral to establishing the sports and commercial integrity divisions. He has successfully concluded numerous sensitive inquiries for sporting federations, high-net-worth individuals and major corporate clients. Martin has an honours degree in Law from the University of London.

Colin brings more than three decades of experience to the Quest leadership team and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial planning and reporting including audit, tax compliance and treasury. During his career, Colin has held a number of senior finance positions, including at a FSTE100 media group and a NASDAQ-quoted firm specialising in business intelligence and data analysis. Colin is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

With over 15 years’ experience working in the sports sector, Eddie leads our sports integrity advisory and investigations team, leading complex investigations and advising on matters to deal with issues such as corruption, competition manipulation, doping and abuse in sport. He also leads our team responsible for operating standalone integrity units and whistleblowing hotlines for both Olympic and non-Olympic international sports federations, and leads our key partnerships which deal with issues such as online abuse, the legal aspects of sports investigations and integrity management for campaigns. Eddie is a qualified solicitor, having practised corporate, commercial and sports law at an international law firm and is fluent in French and Spanish.

As Head of Investigations, Ross manages the day-to-day running of projects for our high-net-worth and corporate clients. Liaising closely with Quest’s far-reaching network of specialist investigators, security consultants, close protection officers and cyber experts, Ross develops bespoke and innovative solutions for our clients. Often dealing with sensitive issues requiring the utmost confidentiality, Ross ensures that a unique and effective security solution is delivered with professionalism and discretion at the forefront. Ross holds an honours degree in International Business from the University of Hull.

Working across the sports integrity and security departments, Andrew manages the day-to-day functions of one of our largest integrity units. Set up for an international sports federation in 2010, he oversees the whistleblowing and investigative functions of the unit as well as attending their events to ensure that the technical elements of the integrity programme for this popular sport are of the highest standard. Andrew’s expertise also lies in the field of residential and property security, delivering quality advice to our corporate and private clients designed to minimise their vulnerabilities in this regard. Andrew holds an honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Birmingham.

As Britain’s longest serving sports minister and previously Minister for Trade and Industry, Richard was part of the team that won the hosting rights for the 2012 Olympic Games for London. As Sports Minister he helped to increase participation in physical activity and sport in schools. After a front-bench career spanning nearly two decades Richard left Government in July 2007 to become Gordon Brown’s Ambassador to the football World Cup, charged with trying to bring the tournament to England in 2018. He was involved in bringing the World Anti-Doping Code onto the statute books and is also a leading figure in the UK’s sports development sphere.

Gordon spent 31 years with the Metropolitan Police, investigating all types of serious crime, and became an expert in the investigation of corrupt practices in the media, leading the investigation into the phone hacking at the News of the World and Mirror Group enquiry. Gordon specialises in investigations into leaks and information security and has extensive experience in investigations into computer hacking. He now advises Quest on high-level corruption enquiries where information security is at its heart, and also leads on a range of investigations into corrupt practices in and around sports organisations.

During his 30 years in the Metropolitan Police, Andy was in charge of tackling homicide and gun control in London. From 2006-2016, when serving at what is now the National Crime Agency, he led numerous investigations into organised crime syndicates involved in grooming, abuse and trafficking of children and other associated offences. On leaving the police, Andy joined Quest where he has led investigations commissioned by Sport England, UK Sport and several international sports governing bodies. He also served on the board of UK Anti-Doping from 2013-2017, overseeing their investigations and intelligence operations.

Helen works within Quest’s sports integrity and investigations departments as a researcher, strategist and analyst. She also works with the security department coordinating logistical operations and managing Quest’s international standards and processes. Helen holds an honours degree from the University of Reading in Italian and Classical Studies, and a Master’s degree from University College London in Linguistics and speaks French.

Susan joined Quest in 2019 and supports our operations across the sports integrity and investigations departments. She leads on online risk audits, providing support and threat mitigation advice to clients by conducting in-depth research and risk assessments on groups and individuals who makes threats of violence or disruption. Susan qualified with a BA in Law from the University of Bristol where she specialised in Criminal Law and Banking Law. Susan speaks English, French, Spanish and Creole.
